Gozefo (also known as Zefo) is a popular e-commerce wherein customers can shop for verified, high quality used furniture and appliances at.
Customers can buy and sell used furniture, storage, TVs, Air Conditioners, Chairs, Office appliances, sofas.
The products are said to be 100% inspected products with best prices & warranty. Gozefo also offers free shipping, 2 day delivery and COD payment terms.
All transactions are conducted online across India.
Gozefo currently has over 10,000 products across categories like beds, sofas, dining sets, wardrobes, TVs, washing machines, refrigerators and air-conditioners.
It sells both used products as well as unboxed goods from manufacturers.
The company was founded in August 2015 by Rohit Ramasubramanian, Karan Gupta, Himesh Joshi and Arjit Gupta. It previously raised $6 million in November last year.
According to LiveMint, More than half of inventory is sourced from consumers who sell used products. It also sources furniture from e-commerce marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, UrbanLadder and Pepperfry. Customers on these platforms exchange their old furniture and appliances in return for new products, while the used products go directly to Zefo.
The company refurbishes and repairs the sourced furniture and appliances, and sells it on its platform.
Gozefo’s competitors include e-commerce companies like eBay which sells refurbished mobile phones, tablets, laptops as well as used books and game CDs.
eBay India also allows customers to sell their used products domestically and internationally.
Quikr and Olx also compete with Zefo.

Text of Complaint by Deepu:
I have sold my product to GoZefo and they have credited that money to my Zefowallet instead of transffering to Bank Account. That time Zefo people said, sir this money you can use any time and validity was showing up to March 2021. Sudenly now they have expired my balance in wallet and its suprised to see that.
This is to inform you that this wallet money is mine as i sold my product to GoZefo, how they can do like this. If it is gifted balance its fine to expiry, but its the money which i sold my bed and dinning table. How Zefo can cheat with me like this.
These Gozefo company is cheating with customer and taking product from custumer and they are not transferring the money , after taking product they are sending to zefo wallet, few days after if you will see that money has expired.
I called so many times to Zefo people and given complaint to them and they are not listing at all.
Request you to plesae take action on this and ask them to refund my 4000 rupees.

How file a consumer Complaint against GoZefo in Consumer Forum
If a customer is not satisfied that his complaint has been satisfactorily addressed even by GoZefo’s customer care center, he may file a consumer complaint before the Consumer Court or Consumer Forum.
The complaint has to be filed in the district consumer forum of the city. The complaint should contain the following information:
(i) The name, description and address of the complainant.
(ii) The name, description and address of the opposite party or parties, as the case may be as for as they can be ascertained.
(iii) The facts relating to complaint and when and where it arose.
(iv) Documents in support of the facts contained in the complaint.
(v) The relief sought.
The complaint should be signed by the complainant or his authorized agent. The Complaint has to be filed within two years from the date on which the cause of action has arisen.

We placed an order with ZEFO by order No. #324976 of study table with storage by Spacewood and made 100% payment in advance, but as per the commitment from ZEFO their has been no further information on the delivery schedule, I tried getting in touch with there various numbers but no reply and it also shows that their showroom of Bhiwandi has been closed down permanently. So they should refund my hard earned money.
You guys are fraud. My prepaid bulk order is not delivered but it’s showing delivered and there’s no way I can contact you. Nobody is replying on email, no valid phone number. Worst experience ever

I have not received my order 332294 but the status says delivered yesterday. I have also not received the previous cancelled order 331588 refund. The status says payment mode COD whereas I have made an online payment.

I had purchased a dining table and four chairs . One of the chairs is broken now . All the chairs are a bit less strong . This has a 6 months warranty. I am following up with the customer support team since a month and nobody is calling nor sending a technician. They ask me to hold on. This is ridiculous . I always used to suggest zefo to all my friends and relatives just coz of your service and now you have dropped it down. Expecting a resolution soon
