Dear sir, 2 years before I did portable to Airtel. Yesterday at 4:30 pm suddenly network gone from my phone. Checked the sim also in other phone.
The issue is not resolved. I have recharged of amount 600 in March 17. I don’t know what to do. I have only one sim.
Due to lock down can’t go to Airtel office. Requesting to resolve the problem ASAP. Thank you…
