Text of Complaint by Jumni Kamki:

I had ordered an item from club factory and Mode of payment was Patym. I had returned the item and the refund has already been done from the club factory side but it is still not being reflected in my account. They have even asked me to contact Patym regarding this as refund has already been initiated form their end.
