Text of Complaint by Chirag Sharma:

I am Chirag Sharma From Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. I ordered a noise smart watch on 18th July on Amazon. Which I received on 20th July and in that I received a torn package which was glued to an Amazon tape. I also asked the delivery boy about this why it is so but he told that it has come from behind in this condition which I accepted as true and I handed over the package because I had a lot of trust in Amazon’s service. As soon as I went to my room and opened the package, it was just covered with a tape which was very finely cut. When I looked inside it, I did not find any invoice billing in it, so I understood that there is some problem in it and as soon as I saw the noise brand box, it was already open and there was nothing other than the sticker and the charging data cable. I was quite shocked to see this and immediately told about this on Amazon customer care, for which Amazon has not been able to give me any solution yet. Now Amazon refuses to give me my product and refund. He says that he did the investigation and found out that the item in the package. Now they sent me a mail and said we can’t help you in this. I’m so upset I paid on a trust and this happened to me, Amazon doesn’t care. Last my humble request to you is that you please understand my problem, I had ordered Amazon with a lot of trust. Otherwise I could have purchased from the direct shop also. Please kindly try to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Amazon has done a big fraud with me. Please help me.
