I am Amrita Chatterjee and I am residing at Avishikta 1 . I had placed an order to a resturant called Greedy owl this afternoon at 1:40 pm and the delivery executive was named deepanjan and thereafter it was delayed and when I called the way the man spoke to me was abhorrent and annoying . I contacted the customer service which is only through text and tried to address them while they said I was only abusing them . I am fed with zomato services which promise to cater food to people and then they cancel the order without prior notice . Hope some action will be taken on their behalf .
