I ordered for a book titled “Freedom at midnight” on flipkart. The amount of the product Rupees 314 has been paid via phonepay as flipkar has assured 10% of cash back for purchases through phonepay. But I did not get any product placement confirmation message from the flipakart.When I contacted them multiple times they told me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue. I contacted them again after 24 hours then they told me to wait for 8 working days as there is technichal error happened on the part of Bank. I do not know where my money has gone. I need my cash back.
