Text of Complaint by Nilanjan Saha:

I have ordered Acer Predator Helios 300 i5 8th gen gaming laptop on 10th October 2018 and get delivered on 12th October, 2018. Then I found that the product is defected product. Then I called flipkart for replacement. They sent a technician for varification. The technician visited to my house and found the laptop faulty. Then I called flipkart for further procedure. Now they are ignoring me day by day everyday when I am calling them they are just saying “please wait for 24 hours and then call back” and when I called them after 24 hours they again told me to wait for 24 hours. Actually they are not trying to replace my product. Such harassment is not bearable.
