Text of Complaint by N.Mohanraj:

1)On 5th April2019, through online booking I tried to book train ticket on Train No./Name: 22668 / NAGERCOIL EXP and the travel date 24th May2019.  Booking was done through Paytm using SBI Debit Card.
2)In the Booking History It is showing “Late Confirmation Received From Bank On 05-04-2019″.  Train ticket was not booked .
3)But I received an sms from my Bank stating that ” amount of Rs1190.98″ was debited from my account.
4) Verified with SBI , they said no refund from Paytm till date.
6) Verified with IRCTC, they mentioned that amount credited to PatmM .
4)So as on date I have not received the refund amount into Bank Account. from Paytm.
5) Kindly reverse the amount to my Bank Account.
