On 22nd August 2021, I tried ordering Muji water repellent pocketable wind cheater size M via Ajio app. I did the payment via Bhim App and the amount was deducted from my account as confirmed by my bank’s message. After payment, to my surprise, the app displays the message that the size ordered is not available. Now the amount is already been paid and the product is not available. I raised the complaint with Ajio customer care on 23rd July 2021 after waiting for few hours before refunding happens automatically as previously something happened but refund was made automatically. This time it didn’t happen. And I’m still waiting for the refund for more than 3 weeks. Please help.
