Please refer photo, I ordered (Order# 405-5543849-9221129) new mouse I paid 729 Rs. I Received broken mouse from Amazon. I did not ordered broken refurb as I paid for new mouse . In product description it is mentioned as new product:

USB receiver is completely broken I am not able to connect to PC. Both packing and product was damaged.
On applying Return, amazon team not came for return pick up. I raised return 4 times till today. But return pick up is cancelled by amazon.

It is new HP mouse, so HP company itself give 30 days replacement guarantee and one year warranty so what is problem of amazon to replace/ return item. It is legal case of Fraud
Amazon illegal delivery team is operating from Amazon’s center, Castle Inn hotel, Khandwa
