I have order a product but still my issue not solve first all if talk so leave my return pickup related issue first talk with I’m prime member of Amazon old member after that talk Amazon then very rudly behavior I have lots of call in mummy smartphone previous 2 days 8 hours talk with Amazon non stop really such a frustrated issue if after that agent not primary team senior higher point of escalation talk so I’m very happy now this time pickup complete amd agent come but again my pickup not complete Amazon and after Givin timiline contact then Amazon told me we will help refund as per Amazon policy so I tell it’s possible then Amazon clearly told yes possible so now I’m ready after send mail regarding my refund sndsay wait talk with this agent name is Vishal 4 times request sir Please confirm again refund iniated or not but agent told done after agent fool me on recording line and send fruad mail after contact Amazon them 5 hours talk non stop them agent amd not transfer my call senior level after that talk senior 4 hours after then again senior drop mail and send my call recording quality team to check and action but no action sir after senior team again send mail regarding refund wait 24-48 hrs wme will upload portal to iniated refund again so again I’ll wait again after 8 min again mail new again forward another manager laavel after that again fruad me after that again talk again fruad me after that again contact them told you got wrong item we will raised investigation so I cancel this request contact 5 times them finally cancel Amazon why promise and false promise senior team 1p times 5 times send mail then how I trust where I trust Amazon behavior this types please solve my issue sir Amazon ban in india bad complains I have lot of email but multiple screenshot upload option not available in your server
