Text of Complaint by THOMASTITANKUMAR R:

I have put my vehicle for service at the TVS service centre on August 2, 2023. I clearly mentioned the bike chain sprocket issue, General service, and oil change. On that day (2nd August, 2023) they called me and informed me the vehicle was ready at 5.30 PM, and I reached the showroom at 6.45 PM, but the vehicle was still not ready. The showroom person raised the invoice and gave me the money to pay the bill. I verified the invoice, and it was made wrongly; they are doing two-time water service at different rates (Attachment FYR). Then they told me to take the bike the next day. I took the vehicle on August 3, 2023. After that, some minor noise came from the vehicle. I have tried to call the Service centre, but they have not picked up my call. That’s why I raised the complaint on August 9, 2023, against that service (Grievance ID TVS_Gr_20239835639).

Based on the complaint they called me, I have again put my vehicle in the TVS service centre on August 11, 2023. On that day (August 11, 2023), they called me and informed me the vehicle was ready at 6 p.m., and I reached the showroom at 7 p.m. Before checking the vehicle, they took my signature for complaint filing. After checking the vehicle, the issue was not resolved; still, a chain sprocket sound came. I informed the Service manager that they took one video and are simply telling me, I will call you tomorrow like that.

Still, they have not called me; what they are thinking is that I don’t know everyone has work and the bike is more important for travel.

They are money-minded, but they don’t have the capability to find the problem. I have never seen this type of experience, simply waste.

My request was, Please solve my bike problem or give me my money back. I will repaired my bike outside. I’m not satisfied with this service centre.
I have raised the complaint wia mail also but they also not responded.
