ON 25TH JULY I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM AMAZON THAT MY PRIME MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN RENEWED AND THEY CHARGED A SUM OF 999 RUPEES FROM CREDIT CARD.I HAD NOT MADE ANY REQUEST FOR RENEWAL OF THIS MEMBERSHIP. I WROTE ON 25TH JULY ITSELF TO AMAZON FOR ITS CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE AMOUNT. I WROTE TO PRIME@AMAZON.IN BUT IT IS NOT ENTERTAINING MY COMPLAINT AND JUST SENDS A FEW LINKS WHICH ALSO DO NOT RESPOND.
