I placed an order for crocs on Amazon.in having order number 404-7423387-8893106. When I received the product, it was disappointing for me to see that the product I ordered that costed around Rs 6000 was not properly packed or had a box infact. Adding onto it, the color and pattern was absolutely different from what I ordered.

As a consequence of the above, I went ahead and requested a return for the refund. The delivery guy picked up the item and after a few days I was informed that the product was dispatched in a box and what I returned does not have a box. Hence, my refund is refused. Later, on contacting the customer care, I was informed that what I returned is different and hence the refund is refused. I tried contacting the customer care numerous times only to hear we cannot refund your money.

I being an honest citizen did the part by returning the product I received in the same form. All I am looking for is the refund which I am denied. I was so disheartened that I infact requested that if you think the product I returned is incorrect please send it back and take money for the courier charges.

We are talking about Rs4222 here which I paid for this order. I am neither getting the refund, nor the product, nor any help from the team.

I am attaching all the emails I had been writing to the customer service and the kind of responses I had been receiving.

I am really looking forward for help from your end.
