I have order an Aasa precut men and boys Topee at Rs 3499 on 1st May 2021 but it was supposed to be delivered on 7th May but I received the product on 8th May.
The Product I received was only free gifts that is electric hair comb and hair tape but the Hair topee which is the actual product was missing. I immediately raised a complain to Amazon.
Note- When I have given order to Amazon for the hair topee ,I got a call in next 24 hr from the seller that we are sending your product in two parcel and saying next time you can directly give us order and shared the whats app number ,I thought why seller is calling but any way I thought it may be cursey call.
When I have not received my original product on 8th May from Amazon, as I only received the free gifts, I called to seller ,she told we are sending your Hair topee by private courier not by Amazon which is DELHIVERY Courier and shared the screen shot in whats app and till now also I have not received the product by Courier .
I want to know If I ordered from Amazon, why the seller is sending the product through personal courier and who will take the authenticity of the product.
I want my Money refund immediately or else I have to go for a consumer case as I didn’t recive the original product ( only received the free gifts) and I have sufficient proof of that,the original product was missing.
I have shared you the whatsapp screen shot and audio shared by seller.
Below are the screen shot shared by seller, showing that your product is send by private courier # DELHIVERY Courier instead of AMAZON and this is totally mis guiding customer and the bill which is given to me by Amazon (where I have received only free gifts ) showing Hair topee and free gifts both which is a cheating case by Amazon.
How can Amazon deliver the product without having a proper scanning.
I have order a Hair Topee of Rs 3499 from Amazon on 1st may( Amazon order 404- 7167061-0854734) I only receive the free gifts without the product on 8th may, I have ordered but the main product is missing,I complain to Amazon they said its a part of investigation and they will get back on 11th and mean while seller has contacted me after placing the order that we are sending this product ( Hair topee) ,I thought how seller got my number and though as a cursey call that means Amazon has shared my details to them which is illegal and on 8th when I didn’t receive the original parcel ,I called seller, she said we will be sending by personal courier don’t worry but not by Amazon, which sound very fishy. Now today Amazon is saying that we investigate and we have delivered the original product but I have the proof that Amazon original product was missing.
