Dear Consumer court,

Please help me,

I returned a product to Amazon, on 30 June 2018. order no: 408-2003043-6059565.

After that Amazon started making stories, your refund is in process Etc Etc! on 12 July 2018 Amazon provided me refference number or transaction id which is :

818115253776, amazon said me to contact my bank while providing this refference number why i have not received payment til now.

Anyways, i contacted my bank and did all hardwork, they took many days and finally provided refference number which is : 000001189359.

Acording to my bank, they have returned that transaction on same day when Amazon transfered money in my account.
Now i am providing this refference number to Amazon, but they are not doing anything and not replying to my mails, Consumer court, please help me to give my money Rs. 25989 from Amazon, they are making a fraud with me.
Their customer care service is more than worst, i have provided all proof i have shared screen shot of that mail which i received from my bank with payment returned refference number but Amazon is not doing anything.
