Defective product received fromAmazon.in.Sent for exchange they rejected and asking me to sent for repair.After sent for repair,the same defective product received from amazon.in.One year warranty period also completing shortly.Please waiting for your justice as early as possible.Please punish Amazon.in and also requested aplology letter and capital punsihment.Your punishment to Amazon.in is useful to so many customers to stop the cheating online of Amazon.in.

I have ordered an one plus mobile which costs 24999 in Amazon. I have chosen exchange option and they offered 5000 rupees for the exchange and with that I had paid 19,949 rupees. I haven’t received the product and I can see the product status as delivered. when I tried calling customer care they told that as it is a OTP based delivery they can’t move further on this. Please help me on this.
