Hi,
I ordered Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam from Amazon.in for Rs 8,100 on 11th October 2021 with 2 more products.
They delivered me 2 products, but didn’t delivered Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam which was the costliest one. And they marked the product as delivered.
When I enquired with the support team, they registered the complaint as said to inquiry and after wasting almost a week when i didn’t got any response from then i again called them. They said they are not responsible for the product and they will not refund money.
They just refused to talk further and said that they can not help any more and disconnected the call.
I lost Rs 8,100 because of Amazon’s irresponsible way of work.
I have been using Amazon from past 5 years and we use them to save small amount of money but now they have robbed my big money.
This is an act of cyber crime but I don’t think any one can help me now on this. So please share this and save others with the Amazon.
