Text of Complaint by Mark Viveian Rodrigues:

Amazon customer service has blocked my number repeatedly and every time I find an alternate way to contact them they make up nonsense rules and excuses to delay and most definitely refuse my refund of Rs7599 for a bad product that stinks like Horse DUNG . This has gone on for more than a month and on occasional times they have not only not sent me a refund but refused to return defective products while blaming me or sending the refund to wrong places like Amazon wallet WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR AUTHORITY despite informing them to send it to my bank account . Then they pretend to be clueless idiots .
