Dear Consumer court,

Please help me,

I had ordered a Redmi note 7 pro on : 25th Aug, 2019
The order ID is : 406-1149879-6250754
The mode of payment at the time of order was through EMI but the seller called and told that the EMI has been cancelled from the bank’s side and asked me to send them the amount directly so that they can deliver the product. But after they mailed me their account details and after I had done my payment they did not accept my calls and I didn’t get my product. I asked for a refund from Amazon and I was told that the refund will be processed after an investigation. I received a mail on 9th September stating that ‘your claim has been guaranteed and refund has been initiated’ but still I haven’t got my money back yet.
I have tried contacting Amazon multiple times and all the customer care executives say is that my refund is stuck and I’ll be getting a call from the Amazon investigation team in 72 hours – 48 hours – 24 hours – 12 hours – 6 hours etc.
They told me they have filled the GIA form and I’ll be getting a mail/call from your side regarding this matter but it’s been over a month now and nobody has bothered to get back to me.
They are not processing my refund plus now I’m getting charged for EMI from my bank for the product I didn’t even receive.
They are making fake promises that I’ll be getting a call, I’ll be getting a mail, kindly wait 2 days, kindly wait 2 weeks, their team is working on it and so on. But I can clearly see that they are doing nothing as I haven’t been contacted even once.
Kindly help me because I have already paid ₹15000 and I am also being charged with ₹2000 EMI per month.

    The above transaction we have done on 17th May by an Amazon agent from Bangalore . They are asking us to transfer Rs as GST 9,999/- we have asked some questions. They disconnected the lines and not picking up. The number are 09194777715689 and 0919477723450.
    Please help what we have to do. We transfered through Google Pay.
    NEED TO TAKE ACTION ON THEM. NAME OFBTHE PERSON MR.AMIT AND DIYA .
