i bought a Vacuum cleaner in July and selled mentioned in Q/A that this
product has 6 month warranty. Now in starting of this month its motor
brunder with foul smell and stopped working within 3 min of start. i
checked the invoice and tried to search on google but this seller had no
details where i could connect for warranty claim. since this seller was
listed at your platform , i bought it being a loyal customer having faith
in Amazon however i never imagined that you also had no details of this
seller and he was selling product on your website . i wrote multiple times
to Amazon help but every time they asked show us the communication between
you and seller. Tell me when neither you have contact details nor me than
how can be there any communication. i have already submitted Invoice and
snapshot of defected item.
