I have contacted Vodaphone Over 15 times now. Been promised over and over again we will get refunded back to January. I have spent over 15 hours going back and forth and can no longer do it. They have caused me so much stress and I can’t keep going on the chat and calls that last hours and result in nothing. I have hours of chat transcripts that have also got me nothing. I really have no words for this company. I can’t add the files to here as they are to big.
please help
