We installed JIO fiber network 2 weeks back and we made the complete payment for installation and other charges. For last 2 days both my TV and net is not working and we raised this complaint yesterday morning itself. But till now no action taken from Jio and they are not even responding properly. We even contacted customer care but they are not providing any solution. We are working from home and without net it will be tough for us but no proper response from Jio. Please take immediate action on JIo and make them reimburse our amount or take any immediate action.
