Respected Sir
I have an airtel mobile number 9960589425 which is very old number and I have given money to Airtel for lifetime validity and now on checking validity from my mobile it is showing my Outgoing validity 12-12-2018. As on today 05.12.2018 my Balance is Rs. 977.35/-
Airtel is breaching his contract and changed the date of validity in his records.
Please fine heavily Airtel on this fraudulent act which is forcefully compelling his lifetime prepaid customers to recharge the mobile.
