my name is gurdarshan. My vodafone number which is approximately 5 years old and i bought this number from vodafone comapany on the terms that the validity of this number is for lifetime but now recently i have noticed that my all incoming and outgoing services were barred.now i made a complaint to the vodafone customer care that why they have barred the services.in response they said , company has changed the policy for old and new customers.but why and what for the customers who have trusted and are using the particular company sim for the benefits they have promised.
i want to bring this issue in notice in consumer court.
this is totaly a fraud and they have barred the services without any notification in the form of voice call.text message was sent however which would be ignored unknowningly due to unwanted VAS messages nowadays.
