Hi,
This is srikanth Ambati from hyderabad. I have done one purchase with Rs27600 through Mobikwik wallet on 31st october 2018. Due to some reasons cancelled purchase and refunded Rs 276000 to mobiquick on 6th November 2018. Mobiqwick also showing transaction history as received Rs 27600 and sent to source bank.
As per Mobiqwik refund policy refund amount will be sent to source bank with in the 21 working days. But almost 30days completed, as of now we did not received refund amount from Mobiqwik wallet. I have raised this issue at Mobiqwick help center at 24th November. They are not resolved my issue.
Kindly suggest, how can we proceed for this.
