Dear Paytm team,
I booked an air tickets on IRCTC website on 8/09/2020 by the help of Paytm UPI. In this process payment diduct but ticket not book. I raised queries in IRCTC on date 08 09 2020.irctc refund my payment to Paytm on date 10/09/2020. After several reminders Paytm done my payment after 13 day on date- 23/09/2020. but payment not reflect on my account till date.I request , please resolve my issue on proity basis and also clarify the reason for delay in payment and who gives compensation of my financial loss.
