Sir, Today morning I book a hotel using agoda website. They sent conformation booking receipt to my email. I took it and went to hotel to check in. But they refused my booking that we are not doing bookings through agoda website. That to at a lower rate of 173.95 rupees. We have rooms costs 1100 rupees. I ask them to call them but they refused to call them. I try too reach them by my email. There is no response from them. The given contacts are not working properly. Then I came to know that I was cheated by Agoda website. So, What I was lost was a small amount. But they have large numbers of people contacts . With small amounts they may cheat more number of people. Please take necessary action against them.
