I booked 6 rooms at Hotel Kasturi in Bidar. with 12 guests for my daughter’s wedding reception for invitees on the 20th and 21st of May 2023 vide booking ID 955244565 through Agoda.com on the 10th of May 2023. I have paid an amount of ₹2247.00 (Rupees two thousand two hundred and forty seven only) as 30% advance for the booking through UPI to phone number 9027035107 and later confirmed by 7017590597 to Travelraptor, an online payment gateway for the Agoda. However, I received a call from Hotel Kasturi informing me that my booking is canceled without assigning reasons. Now Agoda/booking.com/travelraptor is not responding to my calls and is not refunding my advance paid.
