I just had the worst experience from a Swiggy Delivery boy named Nitheesh Velayudhan. I ordered food and provided detailed address and I tried to explain the location route through phone but he refused to listen to me by yelling at me. Finally when he arrived he was continuously showering bad words to me and threatened me. He even told me that if I were a boy, he would have slapped me and when I started taking video he just put on the helmet and left. This happened just in front of my house, and I felt so unsafe and insecure. This type of behaviour is so unacceptable and inappropriate especially with women.
