- hi we ordered food from zomato order id 1311151005. Food was ordered for 3 people, however the food that was delievered was incomplete and not sufficient to feed all 3. Called up customer care and asked them either to have the complete order delievered or take the order back and refund the money back. They refused to take order back and i was told that i would be getting my full money refunded. I was told to send email regarding the same, however till date i haven’t got any response and only 50 rs were refunded. I had to order the food again from different Vendor.
Please help in getting the compensation for that as i would not like to have these guys harrass consumers like this
