Yesterday I ordered Lajawab Sabji from Landmark Restaurant through Swiggy. While we were having dinner we found a dead cockroach from the sabji. We ordered Pure Jain sabji & restaurant made Non veg Sabji.. I complained to both Swiggy & Landmark Restaurant but they said we could only help with replacement but after getting such quality how Can i prefer replacement. I said i want compensation for the problem faced they said its against our company policy & we could not process.. Very poor service & it hit my sentiments. I want compensation for the problem faced.
