Text of Complaint by Tej Narayan Singh:

I have transfer money from paytm saving account to bank of india account and the transaction is show failed and money deducted from my paytm saving account . I call customer service and the received my call after 1 hours and your money is back in 2 days. my transaction is failed on 4th January 2019. I have lot of problems because of customer care executive is not receive my call. what can I do?
