Below mentioned compliant has been put upto Vodafone but the issue is still not resolved.
Kindly look into the same.
It is to bring to your notice that i am having a Vodafone Postpaid No 9545946363.
I had put up a request for activation of International Roaming on 15th April thru Customer Care at around 1400 hrs for 10 days IR pack at 3999/-.
message was received that the same was activated but the service after going to abroad where not there and troubles were faced during the travel from Vodafone Services.
now even after coming back to india the Vodafone services are not active n i m facing the trouble.
on checking it is seen that an outstanding of approx 19000/- is reflected in the bills, where as the same is not justified with regards to the usage on IR.
kindly check the records and correct the bills and resume the services of Vodafone Phone No 9545946363.
