Text of Complaint by Satish Malhotra:

Dear Sir/ Madam

 

On 13thMay we have an very unfortunate situation .

 

The PNR/Booking Ref.: KCSSRV passengers have reached  Delhi T2 Airport today, All through its clearly mention in the ticket that I have an Infant along with me ( Two Adults, One Child & One Infant), but at Indigo Airport counter your  Indigo executive had denied them to give the seating together.

 

The fact is he should not suffer for your miscommunication , So I request to investigate & Refund in this case.

 

We are been flying since ages and didn’t see such unprofessional ground staff ever,

 

Kindly verify & give us the justice
