The internet connection keeps dropping every single day for the past few months and while it does come back on at times, there are days when it is gone for several hours. I called the customer support to tell them that is a persistent problem and he argues with me saying there is no complaint on this everyday so we can’t take it that there is a constant problem. “According to our records, there is no problem.” – his exact words. There has been no solution on this from ACT and their customer support has the guts to talk to a consumer this way. I’m sick and tired of these people not having any accountability.

Its been nearly 2.5 months, still we didnt get our refund.
Issue: Applied for new connection in Tirupati, and paid money before installation, but they delayed the installation, so decided not to take the service and cancelled it and processed for refund.
The worst service we have faced in tirupati.
We have raised nearly 10+ tickets and have direclty contacted the service people in tirupati, but still no response and we havent got our refund.
