I have ordered Redmi Note 7 pro on marMa 13th, delivered on 14th march. I have got the defective product. I have applied for replacement on 15th march they send the technicians twice to fix the issue. But with getting the customer feedback the technicians updated in the portal as IDSUI IS RESOLVED. I have again contacted them saying that issue is not resolved. I have asked for the replacement now they are telling to me I need go to service centre. Even I have asked the replacement of the product with in the duration the company is rejecting my rrplreplace.
