I Like to inform paytm team that I had done online Railway tickets Rs 1158,booked on 20/3/21,But the tickets were not done success as excpected,So Again I tried to booked my tickets with Rs 2330 but as same like previous time this time also tickets not done by paytm.
In All Process my Account was also deducted with respected amount which is total=3,488.
I Also called custmare care service for my money refund process but they were only gived words that “we tried to solved your issue”,But till now my money not refunded by paytm.
This is very poor service and unsatisfactory for customare.
I request to paytm team kindly resolved my issue ASAP and return my hard time money for humanity ground.
