My PNR is 6224641556..so my concern is that this is my e ticket which i booked from irctc online on 21 jan and also opt. Vikalp train but my final status was WL-3,i didn’t get any accommodation whether in booked train or in vikalp train. So i call irctc to know refund status they told me that they don’t have sufficient information to provide and are unable to process my refund so its my humble request to proceed my refund.
