I have ordered a product from Meesho online Shopping site On 4th may, but this product automatically cancelled after Payment.

After Paying the appropriate payment the order was cancelled automatically. Then I connecte with Meesho help center they told me that the amount will be reflect your original source account within 5 to 8 working days, but I ahve not received the money, after that I repeated to call Meesho help center the told me that we are sorry for your loss we resolve it with 3 to 4 working days but still I have not received. Now it’s seventeen working days gone but I have not received my money.
