Text of Complaint by Pratik Shinde:

  1. Actually i had ordered from the zomato and firstly they had promised a delivery time of 12:20-12:30pm then later the delivery time changed to 12-30-12:40pm then again the delivery time changed to 12:35-12:45 then later because of the extended delivery time I canceled my order and asked for fast refund to order from other hotel. But they refused to refund and said to wait for 5-7days. If this is their policy of refund then why dont they give a order in credit to a customer
