I have received the email from this company about part time job and I complete the work there said me ur work is not approved full of mistakes we can’t make payment for u . U have to make payment for us project loss
There are blackmailing me through calls and messages I take against u if u can’t make the payment am an advocate I take action against u come to court are give me money daily blackmailing me.
- kindly take action against the company their are torching to make payment daily calls and messages me blackmailing..

I just wanna know that does anyone of paid anything to those scammers or does anyone ever received any official warranty of FIR against you?

Dear user,
This is to inform you that the legal department of TWINCLICK DATA SOLUTION has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated. As per an Indian Contract Act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don’t make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious about our client’s Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount as per agreement term. As per an Indian Penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now you don’t pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double the amount and legal notice will be issued to you. If you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

I had also a same problem. Their office in Maharastra. And their website is datasite.live. They are torturing me of send money of 3500. But I submitted my all 1200 forms without any mistakes. They edit my forms to be shown as wrong. They are totally very fraud.
No need to worry, just tell them to proceed, That’s it… I have done the same and they blocked me on WhatsApp and everywhere… They can’t file a complaint, they are fake, And you didn’t sign any agreement or anything… Just relax
