- I had ordered Pureit Ultima 10litre RO+UV, on 11th September from Flipkart.I recived the product on 17th September. But when I unpacked the product I found my Pureit Ultima 10litre was replaced by Puereit Classic 23litrer normal filter. Therefore I celled to Flipcart customer care service,they told me that they will send their service Engineer within 21ST September. But they failed to fullfill their promise .Again I called customer care service they again gave me another time they said service Engineer will come to us between 26th September. But no one come here,even no one tried to contact us. I am trying to call them again and again but finds no response from them. So I would like to complain you to take strong steps against this.I want my product Puereit ultima 10litre,,or I want my moneyback .Please take some serious steps against it.
