I ordered around 10 items from amazon.in on 21st April. One of the item was missing. The name is KIPEK Women’s Cotton Buta Print…Black colour. When I submitted the complain to customer service, they are not ready to listen to me. They are of the opinion that they delivered the item to me, but I never received the item. That costed me 669 rupees which is really a lot to me. I need to submit a claim of falsely taking my money without sending me the item.
