Text of Complaint by Reena Pandey:

I applied for Airtel Black ,where I was asked to take a new phone connection and promised my postpaid mobile connection and broadband will be added to it.. Every month I am being charged a separate bill for that connection.I was even charged for first month which they claimed to be free.. Whenever I call the executives they ask me to clear the dues and then they will add the number. I tried doing it but still nothing is being done..
