Text of Complaint by Pramod Puri:

I Have placed an order ( Order No. 3839629328 ) ON PAYTM MALL of  Samsung 121.92 cm (48) 4K (Ultra HD) Curved LED TV 48JU7500 on dated 19-Sep, 2017 and made the payment thru Debit Card of Rs. 40,000/- and seller  ( PRAVIN SRIKRUSHNA SHIRSAT ) confirmed the order. But after some time seller cancelled the order his side and my payment of Rs. 40,000/- is showing refund process and lying with him.  As my order have been cancelled so I placed again a new order ( order # 3839841264 )  ON PAYTM MALL of  Samsung 121.92 cm (48) 4K (Ultra HD) Curved LED TV 48JU7500 on dated 19-Sep, 2017 and made the payment thru Debit Card of Rs. 40,000/- again and seller  again confirmed the order. But after four hours he have cancelled the this order also and payment is showing process for refund means now total amount is Rs. 40,000/- + 40,000/- = 80,000/- with seller .

As seller is automatically cancelled the order his end after received the payment is very clear he is doing fraud and cheating with consumer and using their money with selling any products to them.

You are requested please look into the matter and take the strong action and ask to seller refund the  amount with interest and penalty for cancel the order twice after received the payment and confirmed the order.
