Text of Complaint by daksha Verma:

Flight was cancelled by airline and the refund has to be done by paytm .Had raised the refund request on 29th July 2017 .Its been two months since then Paytm has not refunded my money .Complaint was raised and after one whole month on 31 august Received a response that refund will be initiated ,However it was not done .I called again customer care and since the have been following it up .Bizzare is that they closed the complaint without providing any resolution .3 sept 2017 received an email where Paytm said you are not eligible for any refund ! This was even more frustrating .I called airline staff and they said I am eligible for the refund as the flight was cancelled by the airline . I raised the complaint once again with Paytm and I was promised that the case will be taken up on high priority and resolution will be provided ( 3rd sept ) Till date have not been refunded .I have caaled them more than 12 times now .The customer executive puts you on hold over minutes and when I demanded the details for escalation ,even that wasn’t done .My complaint request too was closed .I re raised the complaint and was assured a call back in an hours time but as usual haven’t received the call .I wrote to the CEO ,tweeted on twitter handle and no response .It is high time that I need to raise this up in consumers forum and demand a compensation for this harassment .
