I was called in Jukaso Inn at Sundar Nagar, Delhi on 22nd May, 2016 and was charged Rs. 50,000 on pretext of following offers:
- Membership for 5 years of Jukaso and complimentary DAE membership for a one time sum of Rs. 50,000/- (inclusive of AMC).
- Annually free invitation for 5-6 events will be sent to me for whole family, wherein food and stay for that night will be included therein.
- In a year, total 11 nights being offered to me, I can bring 6 Adults and 3 kids for stay.
- During stay, pick and drop facility, sight-seeing, 24*7 cheff availability, Spa access, nanny for child, GYM and other such things which would be free of cost. There will be a charge of Rs. 600 to 1,000 only for food for whole day, inclusive of Lunch and Dinner.
- Stay will be free for 4 nights at Jukaso and 7 nights of DAE, cost will be around 1100 per day.
- Also, nights can be pre-availed and extension of membership of 3 years will be given.
- In all Jukaso resorts/inns, banquets will be offered free for no restriction of number of bookings and food will be charged at 50% of price.
- At non-Jukaso banquets/hotels 30% discount will be given on behalf of Jukaso membership at my final negotiated price.
Agreement given to me after payment was different with above. So, they assured me that I would be confirmed about all above offers on telephone and then only membership would get confirmed. Otherwise, it can be cancelled and whole amount will be given back to me. But, on telephone they deny all offers and refused to pay my sum back as well.
To resolve this issue, I tried all my best by doing these efforts:
- Wrote them multiple emails, but nothing fruitful come out.
- Send them one courier, delivered on 21 January 2017.
Send a notice to all parties on 22 March 2017.

I was also chitted by journey juccaso Inn sunder Nagar Delhi sum of rs 20000 by credit card without any documentation I have only email and massage.
Everything written by Mr Harmanpreet Singh is True. I am also a victim of Jukaso Journeys.
I am requesting all of you who have faced the same issue to make a joint complaint against Juakso, if you want to get your hard earned money back. Let them show the power of Unity.

Everything written by Mr.Harmanpreet singh is true.same thing has happened to me.i have also paid rs 50,000/-.but the committments done by them was not written on the agreement and when asked for refund of our money ,they told it will be refunded in 90 working days excluding holiday and saturday & sunday. we took the membership in August 2017 but today it is 19 August 2018.But they didnot refunded us yet.I have submitted the hardcopy and have the receiving that i had applied for refund.But to no avail.my Contract Id is 90663. Please do something to refund our money and its amazing after so many fraud cases done by Jukaso,it is still running.please help us and if any information ,please update me on my mobile no or mail id.I have all the proofs .
