sir as i have buyed redmi note 4 dark grey 64 gb oder id is
OD110286737294301000 by paying 9799 rs on 21 sept in flipkart but they
didnt shipped the prooduct so called to them their executive told that
there has a problem in their internal server and need to cancel the order
becuse it was in hold state so cancel and order and we will refund the
amiunt with in 4 hours they told me like that on 22 sept ..after
cancellation the irder is auto aprooving and in hold state so i contacted
them continously upto 25 th sept they told that we will solve ur problem
with in 26 sept and refund ur amount ..but they didnt done and postponed to
27 sept..later to 29 sept again to 2 nd oct ..3 rd oct .and on third oct
their executive called me and asked maximum 2days to solve issue means upto
5th oct but failed and every time they are tellung the same thing u need to
wait …but on 6 th september they calked me again and told that we will
refund ur amount with in 24 hours and we will provide the same mobile to
the amount which u have taken in offer for 9799 rs at present which costs
11000 and i agreed to give 24 hours time but they made a fresh order for
cash on delivery for rs 9799 which showed in my account and when it came to
cash on delivery that guy asked for rs 11000….after that they didnt given
me the refund also and mobile for same price also ..now they post poned to
9th oct .when i called on 9th they told that u need to wait till 12o clock
but i waited for that time they post pponed that to 10 th now ..i am losing
my money plz help me..i have buyed that mobile for sake of offer by making
loan with my friend now i have lost my money and i have lost offer also plz
help me.i have called nearly 40 times and no solution till now..
