I have ordered a seamless front support pack of 3 bra in Zyngos online shopping site which was an ad link in Instagram on feb 26 2021. It is a prepaid order and I made payment through card. I have received a fake cheap bras which is of very poor dirty used old bras and I immediately called the customer care number given in delivery receipt and a lady spoke in Hindi and she asked whether I want refund and I said I need refund and she said the refund will be done in 5-7 days and a guy will come to pick up the product. It’s been more than a week now and when I called again she picked the call and once I spoke she disconnected the call and after that they keep disconnecting my calls. They are total fraud and I hope this complaint will be taken serious and as an awareness to public to not buy anything from Zyngos they are total fraud.
